- SWSusan WicksFeb 26, 20265.0Love the tea at HTeaO. I had never heard of it but noticed that there was always a line of cars at the drive thru. Any place that busy must be good! The app is easy to use and now I always have plenty of fresh iced tea and can try all of the great flavors.

I as the customer should not be given the type of service your employee just gave. I should not get the brunt end of the bad day your employee is having serving tea all day long. Unacceptable! Seeing more and more negative reviews on this location it’s clear corporate doesn’t give a damn.

Had the drive thru window slammed shut in my face. All because I placed a mobile order for a gallon of tea and was told they could not refund me my order or make the gallon. Was told they did not have enough gallon jugs pre made to give me. Said it was to much tea that I could only get half gallons. Asked why I couldn’t have just got two half gallons, and was told that was too much tea to fill and wouldn’t have enough for the last 2 hours of them being open. As I drove off the rude “manager” then proceeded to what looked like made an obscene gesture with her middle finger. I do want to say there is always another store and better manager that will not treat their patrons that way. I want to give a huge shout out to the hteo off May and Hefner for fulfilling my order and doing it for free
