Worst service ever ……everytime the manager is there it’s like people are scared to make a real sandwich ……by that I mean you have to pay for extra meat if you want any at all

Literally the worst subway I’ve ever had to deal with. So sad it’s went this down hill with building the new location that I can’t order from our local store. The past 3 times I’ve ordered on the app my sandwhich has been wrong. Then when I call and tell them they say the made the sand-which right and I’m wrong. They then called back and told me they can’t refund because I ordered on the app. The only option was to put the sand-which in the fridge at take it back tomorrow to have a new one made. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but all three times back to back is just sad. They did apologize when they called back but at this point I won’t be going back.

I would give it 0 stars if there was an option for that. The women working behind the counter this afternoon was very unprofessional. I will not spend any more of my money here and I will discourage anyone I know From spending money here as well.
