I called they had me on hold for 5 minutes, bye this time my wife had already showed up in the parking lot and the workers scurried away to go hide and act busy while I was still on hold with no one in the lobby or any other orders. When I hung up I called right back they answered right away ready to take my order not caring if they had put anyone else on hold. Needless to say I placed my order at mazzios instead and will continue to do so because this is always a pattern at this restaurant.
