I used to love Arby’s, until the last time I went… I went through the drive through and ordered my usual… 2 classic roast beef’s with cheddar meals, one of the two with the market sliced cheddar, both large, with curly fries and one soda, one Jamocha shake. I didn’t check the order in the drive through because I’ve never really had an issue… well this time it was an issue. I got home and had 2 roast beef’s with cheddar, one has so much of the cheesy sauce it was soggy and covering the entire sandwich bread and all. The other had the normal amount, both were ice cold, and there was only half the amount of fries as normal and they tasted like the oil was 3 months old. I called and spoke with a “mod” I was told that was their position at least and he called me a liar and refused to help and hung up on me 3 times. I have never been treated so poorly, I am beyond upset.
