    Went to the Taco Bell on Perkins this weekend lady working drive thru window was amazing , friendly, offered sauces without asking, and promptly handed out order. Very great will come back

    Really frustrating experience with this Taco Bell. Last night I came in with my youngest and placed a large, customized order at the kiosk for my family. After waiting about 30 minutes, I noticed multiple people who ordered after me were already getting their food. When I asked about my order, I was told it never made it from the kiosk to the kitchen. They reprinted it and rushed it through. When I got the bag, I was told everything was there. I trusted that and went home—only to find that my meal was completely missing. I called and was told to come back the next day and they would make it right. So I came back today on my lunch break, and despite explaining the situation, I was told twice to step out of line and wait until after the rush. I’ve now spent more time trying to get the food I already paid for than anyone should have to. To make matters worse, when I started showing understandable frustration, the manager became dismissive and didn’t even try to listen to what happened. Mistakes happen—I get that. But the lack of accountability, poor communication, and how this was handled from start to finish is unacceptable.
