He personally let us know he was dropping fresh fries and fresh nuggets, even though the ones in the warmer were still within a few minutes of their 30 min serving time. As someone with nearly a decade in food management and hospitality, I can say this level of attention is rare and truly appreciated. Terry went the extra mile to make sure our food was fresh, hot, and our experience top-tier. Huge thanks to Terry and the whole team—we’ll definitely be back!
