They can’t tell me how long it will take for the grease to heat up. The employees are obviously not doing what they are supposed to do when the store opens, like turn the equipment on so it’s ready to go, as the store has been opened for more than 30 minutes. This is likely due to poor management not staying on top of things and not hiring employees who care at all about their job.

They should update their website to reflect this. Today, I ordered again and missed a call saying they didn't have delivery drivers. I work at a hotel and can't just leave to get food.

We waited nearly two hours for her pizza from this place which is a 2 minute drive away. I took the pizza back untouched and politely asked for a refund. I didn't yell, use profanity, or any angry tone of voice. I said please can I have a refund because this pizza came very late. At first, the manager refused to refund the pizza, and then both the manager and delivery driver began to yell at me about how I didn't deserve a refund. I asked what would qualify me for a refund, and they didn't say. I stood my ground, and the manager said she was going to call her boss, then finally, I was able to get the refund for my grandma. This was the worst pizza hut experience of all time.
