They can’t tell me how long it will take for the grease to heat up. The employees are obviously not doing what they are supposed to do when the store opens, like turn the equipment on so it’s ready to go, as the store has been opened for more than 30 minutes. This is likely due to poor management not staying on top of things and not hiring employees who care at all about their job.

They should update their website to reflect this. Today, I ordered again and missed a call saying they didn't have delivery drivers. I work at a hotel and can't just leave to get food.
