My girlfriend and I went there last night for our 2nd anniversary. We had excellent service and great food. That wasn't the first time I was there, I have received the same experience every time I have dined there.

I am fairly new to Stillwater, OK. I have been to Miso's 2 times, once to dine in, once take out. The food is very, very good. Miso's stays busy. Despite the crowds, the staff has been admirably pleasant.

Not worth making a special trip for. The ramen looked amazing in the pictures but was lacking in flavor. The staff was very friendly, though, and the seating was fairly comfortable (if not just a bit worn and cold). Unfortunately, you don't come to a restaurant for the friendly staff.

Such great service (Tristan) and a good vibe and ambiance. They are not really missing on presentation or a mix of tables, booths, bar and sushi counter. The food, however, was rather poor quality. I can see how locals may like this place but if you’ve had decent quality Japanese this is not even hitting average execution. I’ve had food truck Japanese that was much better. In small town Missouri. so I’m not coming from NYC or back from a trip to Kyoto saying this isn’t authentic. I’ll be specific in case the owner or chefs read this. Shrimp tempura was mush inside. Thinned tiny shrimp in there wasn’t cooked. Oil is too cool and probably not fried quite long enough. Captain America roll is a great design but the salmon was 1-2mm thick. That’s a tiny sliver and compared to the hunk of cream cheese inside+avocado it just took over and almost ruined the nice seared salmon taste. Yaki noodles: overcooked. Just soggy and hot, while the book choy was very undercooked, steam bok choy as much as you can, the contrast of soggy noodles and crunchy greens doesn’t work. The pork chashu was cold even after being buried under the mound of soggy yaki noodles. It was thin floppy, undercooked and not prepared like chashu should be. The noodle flavor was also off or maybe they just didn’t put much sauce… this was the worst one.
