I went up to the front counter and the lady said that there was nothing she could do and that her manager was in a meeting then she said “sorry we don’t have microwaves” and said she can’t do anything! I’m disappointed with the food and especially the customer service! I think they prioritized online orders over in person!

She checked the warmer and stated that it was on and then she said "sorry we don't have a microwave so there's nothing I can do"! What happend to customer service?
