  My bone in wings were great! The sauce selection is great too! My son had boneless and said those were great as well. We came in the afternoon so it wasn't too busy but the waitress was hard to find when we needed something, otherwise service was good.

  My to-go order was forgotten, brought out cold and the entire staff was rude about their mistakes. I asked for nothing other than fresh food and they staff flocked around like I was a freak show. The manager didn’t care and blamed everything on being too busy and that DoorDash orders took priority as my order took an hour for some chicken strips. This order was for my husband, I already won’t eat here.

  Love coming here, we are regulars. Today our waiter Sadie, changed this. We didn’t get a refill on our drinks not once. When we asked questions they were followed by an empty reply with no actual answer. She training another lady, I hope she gets trained to be better than Sadie.

  I’ve ate here multiple times and over the past year the service at this location keeps getting worse. We came here today as a family of five and were seated and 10mins later we still didn’t get a waitress to stop by our table. I asked the hostess and she said she would get someone but after a few more minutes we decided to just leave. Not sure we will be back.disappointing as we really like BWW but management just doesn’t do a good job of training staff or upholding standards.

  My group stopped in yesterday after the Kstate/OSU game. We were told it would be a 25 min wait. After 45 minutes we went in to see where we were at on the list and were told by the hostess that the kitchen wasn’t allowing any one else to be seated because they were so behind on orders and it would be another hour before they could seat us. We were all so thirsty from being at the game and out in the heat we asked if we could just sit and at least get some water and we would be happy to sit and wait until they were ready to take our order and we were told no. We ended up deciding to leave, among with many other large groups. I bet they lost out on several hundred dollars worth of sales during this period. It’s a college town on game day, you guys should be able to handle a crowd. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
