They just chatted with us about their life and we about ours. They were amazing and a very nice way to end a long and stressful day.

They put so much love into these drinks and take the time to make sure each customer has a great day! There was one girl who helped me figure out what I wanted, I think her name was Malorie or something like that. I had the worst day at work but she was so sweet and made me the absolute BEST drink that I have ever had!! Will 1000% be going back just hoping that she is there!!!

Not 30 seconds later (still no one else there) and she says “ what do you want” we order, she says we don’t have it. Tell her one thing and she takes the order, scans my app. Acts irritated that she has to scan the app. Makes the WRONG ORDER. And then says “have a good day” with a crappy tone. And never offered the drink float. So we asked about it and she reluctantly handed one. Worst experience I’ve ever had. As a loyal Dutch mom, this was supposed to be a treat. How hateful.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
