  They get my sandwich perfectly right every time. And they even cut my dogs sandwich in a special way just for him

  I used to love this subway so much. Now they have horrible staff. Rude and slow workers. My food is over toasted and I didn't receive 2 things I ordered. They made me wait 25 minutes when I had ordered it 30 minutes prior online.

  used to come here religiously to put good use of my mail coupons i get every month, never had any problems with my orders or the staff and i really enjoyed coming here up until about a month ago when i noticed my order was rung up differently when i brought it to the managers/shift leader attention which whom i would usually order from instead of fixing it for me she shrugged and said "Thats the way we are SUPPOSED to ring it up so you were actually charged correctly" she pointed out matter-of-factly, soo alrighty then instead of sit there and argue why the switch up now when i been a regular for lil over two months and never been charged it like this and NOW U want to tell me this not even try fix it out of respect for getting my business and loyalty this whole time i decided to leave it alone no big deal you want to charge me almost $4 for two pieces of bacon when i can run down the Harps next door and grab me a WHOLE Package for that amount then feel free to loose my business btw i used to work for Subway that my friends its what we call a "money grab" back at my store which is exactly what went on here to do it to a regular its not something normally done but the girl that rung me up was new so she dint know better the manager should of refunded since i had never been charged the bacon before on my chicken bacon ranch just for failed consistency atleast and not try lecture me but oh well what do i know right? Not like i havent worked customer service for over 10+ years...
