  Food is good and servers are nice. If I don’t ask and double check they almost always forget to put the sauces in the bag. Ask when you pickup your food or be disappointed.

  A real person to take your order! Great customer service. Bring order out to you instead of hollering out a number. Small town charm. Great job! Best McDonald's i have been at in awhile!!!

  Very very poor service and extremely slow every single time. You can walk inside and stand at the counter and they don’t even acknowledge you. Finally Cancelled ordered after waiting 15 minutes in store and order on app ahead of time.

  Quite literally the most rude people work here. I left the drive thru because everyone else in the drive thru drove away quickly so I followed suit due to the storm, and the tornado warning. Employees left the kitchen and apparently took shelter without saying a word to anyone in the drive thru. Once the storm died down they would not give me my food because I didn't have my paper receipt. I have my credit card transaction with a time stamp which says skiatook mcdonalds. This place is run by scam artists who took advantage of the fact people were in a possible emergency and had to leave abruptly so they could stuff their faces with cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets that don't belong to them. I'm sure I'm not the one person with this problem. Police are getting called.
