- CBCharitie ByrdMar 21, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my order. Three of the 4 sandwiches were missing key ingredients that were supposed to be included. On top of that, the sandwiches looked like they were thrown together with little care or attention to quality. When I brought the issue to the young male employee's attention, the situation became more frustrating. Instead of simply addressing the problem, the worker opened each sandwich and began digging through them in front of me while arguing about how much of an ingredient was extra verses what normally comes with a sandwich. He refused to remake the sandwiches stating he would get into trouble cause they were recently bought by another company, so his solution was to add the missing ingredients to the sandwiches after he had torn them apart. At this point the sandwiches were no longer appealing. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled. I understand mistakes happen, but arguing with a customer and dismantling their food instead of properly remaking it is not an acceptable way to resolve the issue. I really hope management takes steps to improve both quality and customer service.

Finally had a little extra to splurge and cant get my favorite sandwiches! I turned on my foot and walked back out. I will be sure to let everyone I know about the coupon situation. Never again, Subway WAS my go to for quick healthy food. Not anymore!
