  horrible service. redhead boy accused my friend of stealing food when all she did was grab our other friends foo while looking for hers. took 45 minutes whole time for two things. disgusting atmosphere employees sitting around blowing up and popping balloons soda everywhere and the redhead boy said “next time you want free food just ask we saw the cameras” you saw the cameras what? capture her grab her friends food? no brain cells whatsoever. why would we want to steal mcdonald’s bruh. then we called and asked for a manager and they answered and we told them we didn’t steal and they said “ok” and hung up. nothing else said.

  Absolutely the WORST service. I ordered my food through the app, got told they might have handed my food to the wrong person then said it will be made and made sure to be given to me due to their mess up. And then was sitting pulled up waiting on them for 10 minutes just to find out my food was inside sitting on thr counter . Ridiculous. It should NEVER be like that . I worked fast food for 3 years and know how customer service works, you take care of your customers so they come back and want to order again from there. But waiting on food just to find out it was never brought to us to begin with is wild

  Placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Waited over 10 minutes after being told they “accidentally gave it to the person ahead” and proceeded to try to make us pay for said order again. After waiting 10 minutes, making my girlfriend late to work, she went inside only to find our food on the counter. Cold. Like it had been sitting there for a hot minute. Absolutely terrible customer service, especially when the line wasn’t even long 5 cars in total. I have NEVER had such horrible experiences with McDonald’s unless going to this specific one (I have traveled the country). They are always slow, but this experience is beyond inexcusable.

  Stopped by late night to get a large french fry. Even for McDonald’s this was bad. They were stone cold and I should’ve taken them back. I’ll take everything if I ever go to this McDonald’s again I suggest you do the same before leaving the parking lot or better yet. I’ll just go somewhere else..

  Like many of the locations during the rush hours they seemed to be overwhelmed and rather moody about tending to the register almost passively insisting we use the kiosk to order. Although my food was fresh and my crew was pleased with the meal I couldn’t help but feel like they didn’t “love to see us smile”. 3/5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Hoping to catch them on a better day. I was not impressed this time. Thank you McDonald’s
