  Paid full price for food that was inedible and paid for 2 large fries and received small orders in a large containers. Nice surprise when I got home. The meat on the quarter pounder was hard around the edges. What is wrong with this McDonald's? I usually avoid this one but I wasn't going to the opposite side of town and I wanted to get my grandson a Happy Meal...no one was happy with their meal.

  Tried using the app for the 20 piece nuggets and basket of fries for $8.99. Was told they didn’t have the basket of fries and wasn’t willing to substitute the equivalency of fries to make the sale. That’s not how you do business. You had a customer that left your store unhappy and I will not return

  This place is terrible and not just the last time we went but the previous times before. I placed a mobile order and noticed there was a little bit of a line in the Drive-Thru. I chose to use curbside pickup. I checked into the spot and the order said it was going to be coming out within 2 to 5 minutes. I parked and waited and then received another message that my order was on the way out. A few minutes later I had another message saying we hoped you enjoyed your order which had never even been brought out to the car yet. Finally 10 minutes later I decided to go in the restaurant where employees were standing around and I asked for my order which was just sitting on the counter. On top of that the order was wrong in the bag. The woman behind me was returning her order from the drive-thru which didn't even have a hamburger patty on bun. I was getting a Happy meal for my daughter and instead of sauce for her chicken nuggets she packets of grape jelly and no toy which she had wanted. I get it everyone makes mistakes but people were literally standing around talking with each other in the kitchen and decided to finish their conversation before waiting on the three people standing at the counter. Do better people.

  Paid for a McGriddle hash brown and a iced coffee got there got told I had to go in then got home and found out I was charged for stuff I didn’t get and now it’s not breakfast and I’m not wasting gas just to go back
