  Everytime i go in there they are always so genuinely sweet. And the food is so good.

  I try to leave 5 stars or not leave a review at all. This unfortunately was a horrible experience. Our visit was 9-27, between 3pm-4pm. My husband and I ordered hot food, acai bowl and a smoothie. We chose to sit at the bar. While waiting for our order... a tall, large gentlemen in polo (assuming manager) starts yelling. It startled us and put us both on alert. He seemed frustrated with his phone charger. Yelling "Aarrrg" loudly and then grumbling about how he hates phones. He did not seem concerned that customers or employees are right there with his outburt. He proceeded to unloads his personal contents onto the food prep table from a backpack, throwing usb wires about and trying a different cord. This was crazy behavior to witness... since we were seated right there at the bar in plain view. It is this incident that makes us start noticing everything wrong. Multiple employee were on their cell phones with no apparent secondary duties between customers. It was disturbing to witnessing the cell phone use knowing cell phones harbor bacteria and viruses. Yet, each employee here seems in the habit of being on their cell phones between orders. We did not witness hand washing or glove use between these orders and the phone. The smoothie ingredients fridge was left open and simply gross. The inside of the fridge was very dirty and did not appear regularly cleaned. This particular fridge is right in front of customer seating. We also witnessed a new employee coming on shift and topping off ingredients without knowing dates or times of those ingredients and without changing containers in this fridge. Which was unfortunate as she was the only employee working and not using a phone. The smoothie blender canisters were simply rinsed without soap or brushes and reused for new orders. I could plainly see strawberry stuck to the sides of one of the "cleaned" canisters. Several examples of cross contamination at this location in just the few minutes we were there. This seemed to be daily acceptable habits by the staff... as the manager set the example of unprofessional behavior and leaning on prep table focused on his phone. I am very concerned about returning to this location as clean ingredients and safe environment is important to me and my family.

  I’ve had tropical smoothie 3 times. Twice I ordered the sunrise sunset smoothie, and a quesadilla. I love this combo and really recommend it. Today, I ordered the apple pie smoothie. It comes with biscoff topping and a biscoff cracker. It really does taste like apple pie, but I’m not sure if I would order it again, only in the fall.
