  Tried to order pizza through the Door Dash App. And per Door Dash my order was canceled on Mr Gattis Pizza end. Called the store to see if they used Door Dash was told yes by Shae. She told me to wait 10 minutes and try again, so I did that and it still would not go through. So I called back again, She said she could take the order over the phone and have Door Dash deliver. Then I proceeded to tell her what I had tried to order through Door Dash and said that what I was trying to order was not available. It was a buy one get one free Pizza. What the heck Mr Gattis Pizza. This is unacceptable. I will never order from you again. What a hassle for a dang pizza. Poor customer service!!!! Customer beware if trying to use the Doordash app.

  Simply bad pizza. Whatever cheese they use, it smells like dirty feet. I honestly got the impression that they used the cheapest ingredients possible. I should have just eaten the frozen pizza I already had, but I wanted to give this place a try.

  The pizza is good and hot. The employees are polite and clean. The place is clean. They treat the Walmart employees very very decently. I don't understand the low star reviews. It's easily as good or better than Pizza Hut, Papa John's, little Caesars, or Domino's. Basically any other fast food pizza. It's a pizza joint inside Walmart. If you want the best pizza in Shawnee you go to Georgio's or Fratellis. You're not getting Gordon Ramsey level Zza here. Grow up.

  $17.11 for 4 slices of pizza that was cold. Never again! I was emailed about the problem. I responded and no reply was offered. Avoid this establishment!

  It was just perfect after getting away from walmart shopping crowd. I could eat in peace with my smokin hot wife the pizza was really fresh Hot and we tore it up...Ty BAZZEL you took care of us and made sure we had everything 👍👍
