If mobile ordering can’t be a priority it needs to be turned off. I use mobile ahead so u don’t have to wait in line for 20 minutes when my home is 12 minutes away. Coffee is usually good but service needs work. Maybe send some employees to locations in the city to see the flow- Midwest city is a great location.

- CYCeci youDec 14, 20253.0Listen, I am a dutch LOVER. I have all the magnets, stickers, ornaments, cups etc. I spend a lot of money here. BUT the issue with speed of service is ridiculous. I can order coffee from my house in bethel at 6:21 am to be picked up by 6:45 am and they still won't have it done until 7am. I cannot fathom going to Starbucks, but I am having to consider it. It is consistent. I'm currently waiting in the drive through right now and have been in the drive through line for 13 minutes. I wonder if mh coffee will be ready when I get to the window bc it was supposed to be ready by 911am. Again, the workers are so friendly and I love them, but they need to work on this issue, ESPECIALLY with order ahead. We dont use walk up anymore because we wait 20+ minutes past our time for our ordered ahead orders at the walk up window.

You get busy, understaffed, and it's a compounding effect until it takes 20-30 minutes to make 1 iced coffee. Then went the coffee quality. Forgetting caramel in my iced caramel protein latte. Neglecting soft top on my CPB cold brew. And finally, upon writing this review, died the customer service, the only reason I was still coming to this location. Dutch Bros' vibes used to be a selling point. At least with all the other issues I still knew to expect a friendly face at the window. Today I checked in to pick up my mobile order, was ignored as I stood there, told "wait a minute," curtly as the window was slammed in my face. I stepped back. 3 orders were handed out. Window shut again. "Name?" Is the only other word I get. I give it. "We're working on it now" and it's slammed in my face again. There's no point in coming here anymore. Save your money and go to Old School Bagel or Woodsman Coffee in mall.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
