- AEAbby EstradaNov 10, 20251.0Everytime ive went whether its busy or not my food takes more than 40 minutes to come out and i order very simple. Do not recommend. In this photo it took me an hr to get my food and u can see its not busy at all, really really disappointed and servers were very rude

Management was by far not a part of the picture, I think if there was any bit of management this would have went a lot smoother. We asked several different servers for help and wasn’t getting that. Overall a terrible experience. I go to bww atleast once a week and spend $100-$150 each time and so we decided to come here after our wedding to eat and it was the worse experience and I hate that for us. If corporate would reach out to me that would be great, as I feel our experience must be shared as the manager on duty was very unprofessional, and his team players has also said he wasn’t a good manager.

Waiter was not welcoming and didn't bother giving us napkins with our appetizers, and never asked about our food. When served with our wings they were over cooked like rocks, dry crunchy where you couldn't even bite. Fries were over cooked and overall was a disappointing experience. I wish I could say this was great and continue to come back but after this I don't think I ever want too.
