- JRJaimy Roberson6 days ago1.0They always take longer to fulfill mobile orders rather than in person orders. Order 15 minutes before arrival and still have to wait 15 minutes for your drink once you check in. Not just once, it’s every time you mobile order at this location.

($5.99 somewhat well spent if it were yummy in the slightest) This is not the only style coffee I’ve had from Dutch Bro’s, either… their beans / brew must just be of a different quality. If you’re a coffee lover, choose literally anywhere else.

- EBElizabeth BoydMar 21, 20265.0Sometimes you do have a bit of a wait time but you hardly ever have to worry about anyone having a bad attitude or not being friendly, and they really try to make sure you enjoy your drink. If you don't end up liking it they are good about keeping their word on a free new drink. I've only had to re-order once and I offered to pay for the second drink as well but they wouldn't let me as it's their policy. You don't always get that from other coffee places or food places for that matter.

Literally no matter what, even putting in an order ahead, you're consistently waiting at bare minimum half an hour. The drinks seem watered down, and did I mention how slow the service is? If they're making drinks ahead, why is the service so slow? If they're making them as you go, why have an order ahead? SLOW SERVICE.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
