  I ordered a medium sprite on the app and waited about 30 minutes till they finally brought it out. And the carhop (Josie) didn't speak a single word and just gave me my drink with a dirty look and attitude. I even paid a good tip...

  Had to leave after 15 min of waiting on one large drink. Call on the speaker got a crappy response from employee. They better refund my purchase asap cuz this place sucks badly

  We have visited the Sonic in Shattuck several times since the reopening expecting to receive our food as ordered (better than we did before they closed), BUT unfortunately only about HALF THE TIME do they get the order correct. Example: today my boyfriend ordered just a cheeseburger with mustard and pickles ONLY and he received a cheeseburger with mayo, ketchup, lettuce, pickles, and tomato. How hard is it to read the order and make it correctly? It should not be that hard especially when there were only 3 cars there and it was only one burger. Not like they were swamped. Please do better. 😢

  I took my dog to the vet today and decided to go to Sonic in Shattuck Ok for lunch. My husband got a fish sandwich that tasted like it was microwaved not deep fried, and the bun was like rubber. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and got the fries but no cheeseburger. My son got what he ordered. I paid 34.30 for the worst service.. It was the worst. I will never eat at the Sonic in Shattuck Ok again.
