The lettuce was nearly frozen, so maybe some refrigeration issues?? And no croutons at all. How can you possibly have a CHICKEN BACON RANCH SALAD with NO BACON and NO RANCH and NO CROUTONS??? #DoorDashed I always check and watch as they make the order. I will not use DD for anything with Subway again. Subway doesn't care, and DD isn't there to watch the process.
