  I ordered food at this McDonald's in sapulpa and first sandwhich I received(no pictured) was almost raw, spoke with a manager and they remade it and this is how I received it(pictured) customer service was horrible, and when I walked in no one was in the from I waited over 20 mins, do not recommend

  This is one of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, which is sad because it used to be so much better. I've been in there multiple times just for small orders of fries or drinks and waited much more than I should have. Came in and waited 40 minutes for my friend to get fries and water... I got a coffee and water which still took about 15 minutes. There's no cashier and you have to order through a kiosk which doesn't even give you a reciept or order number. You have to stand at the counter for 10 minutes if you decide to pay in cash because the kiosk doesn't take it and nobody will stop to help you. Never going there again. Food was great though, it's the standard quality.

  Bad mcdonalds. Service bad. Wait time bad. Fries yummy ✨️. Play place stinky (according to my little sister). This mcdonalds is not good. We have gone and got nothing but fries and water and had to wait 40 minutes. Go to different mcdonalds.

  Don’t come here unless you want to wait 15 mi utes for 2 drinks. A manager and MULTIPLE workers walked out in the lobby and left the dining room full of people unattended to and ignored us. Yall don’t even deserve the 1 star.

  The black guy in the back drive thru at 2:57 pm was just rude as can be messed my order up I told him deluxe qtr pounder 2 times and he said okay and they still said he rang it in wrong it’s not that hard. Answered the head set and said “ what can I get for you “. Not a hi or anything. Do better next time im gonna go in there and say something to him myself.
