  It was great. I went to the drive thru, ordered a delicious combo, and I was confused how, my order didn't add up. Pepsi was delicious, tacos were amazing and the attitude....Needs to be worked on because I didn't want to do a donation to round up my total. However, no one told me if I even wanted to. The lady took my order and I got all the way home as tired as I was I looked at the receipt and it gave me a round up donation. I prefer to actually donate to those walking around not to someone's pocket in the drive thru. I called and the lady was interrupting me as I spoke and told me I could get a refund. Seeing it how it's already late, I'm tired and hopefully things will be better next time. The tacos are great, drink station has been refilled. And the attitude needs to be worked on.

  So I went a few days ago to taco bell, the fryer was down and I had ordered a luxe box with a chalupa, they wanted to swap it for a $1 taco, first off that's a $4 chalupa so you would have to sub in 3 tacos, so I left due to the ignorance of that suggestion, I came back 3 days later to get the $7 luxe box (that really isn't worth $7 maybe $5, your food is not that good and your team puts 1 tbsp of beef on any item, then you had the audacity to try and upcharge me to switch from cinnamon twists to chips and queso, taco bell has gotten out of hand, your food is not that good, taco bell needs to review their pricing and definitely needs to leave sapulpa, I personally will never go back and I use to eat there 6-8 times a week, the fact I can buy a large pizza or a sonic meal that's made from real food for the same price is ridiculous, in closing 2 wasted trips and no food, good job taco bell you lost another customer

  The employee that put our dinner together really hates his job. This is a horrible place to eat. Guarantee you the general manager and any other supervisors here know nothing on how to prepare food or run a restaurant. Clear to see they only hire very unqualified workers.

  Im not sure what thier problem is tonight but not exactly thrilled about the manager tim getting an attitude and yelling at my wife tonight. It is not our fault you guys cant manage stocking. He was also going off on his employees could see him through the window screming at employees

  This location runs out of food! Most times we visit this location we are greeted with a list of items they are out of. Mexican pizza, beans, cantina Chicken, drinks, I've heard it all wondering why they are even open. I stopped using mobile orders because of this, there isn't an elegant solution for a full or partial refund when the location doesn't have BEANS to make any of your entrees. I've spent money for food they were out of with refund. The staff and service is hit or miss, we have had 10/10 service (even when they are out of stuff) and 0/10 nightmare service of people being rude. Whoever is managing the Sapulpa Taco Bell, get it together! Order enough food for your customers. I understand running out of some things late into the night but this is 730pm and happens regularly.
