This Taco Bell is excellent! Our order was made promptly and correctly. You could choose between placing your order at the counter or using a kiosk. The food is hot and yummy.

We had food missing from the order and the stuff we did get wasn't made right and also if you order a Mexican pizza and you want sour cream make sure you have them put it on top after they put it through the cheese is melted this is the only Taco Bell I know that puts it underneath the cheese or shell before they put it in the melter

They gave me two quesadillas instead of my two double-stackers and gave my momma a plain bean burrito instead of what she actually ordered - the quesadillas are very overpriced considering the fact that they're super thin and only contained meat and cheese.

Several times I've been eating from this place in the hopes of them doing better. 6x out of 10, my order is wrong. I put down what modified meal I wanted. How ever I still end up with things I didn't want. With me coming back to have them fix my order(s), the portions are small for a very high price. Nachos are small very little chips and cheese. I added potatoes and beans but got few potatoes, no beans. They were out of meat so I ordered something else. Sometimes they have good beverages but majority of the time, it's sour, flat, or mostly water when I wanted a soda pop. The outside looks promising, but the interior of the restaurant is falling apart. Ordering at the kiosk, I felt a liquid being dripped on me as I was ordering. Looking up, the ceiling has a green mold and it has been leaking some unknown liquid. The dining hasn't been swept, old cheese and crumbs on the floors and tables. Manager lady sees customers but doesn't help, she sits in the office on her phone playing candy crush or something. Was ignored when wanting my ordered corrected but they had a positive attitude when speaking to me and when they had time. It's a good place if you want to spend more than what you paid for.

Restaurant and bathrooms were disgusting, bloody t.p. on the floor in front of women’s toilet and I actually used it right after an employee . Waited forever just to see a person to take our order.
