- CDCodie DoNov 26, 20251.0By far the worst subway service I have ever received. The guy said they didn’t have bread and that there was just four left. I ordered two but he pretended to not hear me. Then I asked for chicken, he disappeared in the back for five minutes “finding chicken”. When he came back he helped the guy behind me. Completed his chicken sandwich while I waited. Then he told me they were out of cheese. Then out of spinach. I had been waiting there now 15 minutes. The middle aged woman with blonde hair just stood there and kept spraying 4 pieces of bread dough with a water bottle and saying “it’s coming guys” (her kid was at the table behind the counter with her). Never have I ever had this type of ridiculous, disrespectful and disgusting service experience in my life. Ever. If I could give negative stars I would. Shame and a disgrace to Subway.

Immediately when I walked in the lady looked at me then went back to talking to another lady that was standing away from the counter with some kids.. not ordering. As soon as she began taking my order the lady left. Asked for flatbread, the lady informed me they no longer had flatbread but I could go the one on Main Street for it. I asked about other soft bread options, she said they have tortillas. I decided on Italian herbs and cheese for my chicken bacon ranch sandwich. She didn’t ask what kind of cheese and just put a bunch of shredded cheese on it, I shrugged it off. The entire time she was talking to her coworker and before putting my second sandwich in the little oven she left to the back without saying a word.. I also got a steak and cheese sandwich. I added my “fixings” and when they rang me up the total was over $28. I was really confused as to how just 2 sandwiches were almost $30. The service was below standard, which I never expect much from this place anyways. I don’t recommend.
