I ordered a pizza online 25 minutes before arriving so it would be ready for my 45-minute lunch break. When I got there, the person at the front desk had no idea what was going on, and my pizzas still weren’t ready. The machines weren’t working properly, the pizzas were burning, and the supervisor just said he didn’t have anyone else working and the machine was broken. All he did was tell me he was sorry, but he didn’t do anything to actually help me out. Ordering ahead was pointless, and this completely ruined my lunch break. Very disappointing service.

Call the restaurant 20 mins later after I track my pizza and request to change my order from delivery to carry out. I live maybe 5 mins from the sapulpa location. Pick my order and immediately come straight home and unload. Come in and start making plates - pizza ice cold soggy with grease. Bread sticks ice cold and hard as a rock. Wings ice cold. It looks like my order sat out and was not put under a heat lamp! I rarely order from this location cuz I always have issues. I can't tell u disappointed I am and still hungry due our pizza being a huge blob of grease and cheese.
