- ACAmanda Cherry6 days ago4.0Update: after spending 25 min with customer service and getting nothing but a "incident number" I spoke with the manager (not sure if it was the store or regional) who not only apologized and explained the app didn't process the light sauce request and offered a credit for what we spent. Very satisfied and a tad frustrated the app didn't save the light sauce box. Ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas with LIGHT sauce. Received extra sauce. YUCK. Very unhappy and regretting not choosing Mazzios.

I was finished eating almost 30 before typing this review, and I still feel the grease on my lips. I suspect they must soak the dough in grease before they make it, I've never, ever had pizza that was so greasy before. The only positive I can say that the delivery was excellent. The driver was very professional and it was delivered in a very timely manner. UPDATE: Its been a month since I left the review, so I decided to order again to see if they would stop making super greasy pizza. NOPE. Still just as greasy as before. Its been an hour since I ate some of it, and I still feel the grease on my lips and mouth. This will be the final time I ever order pizza from this Pizza Hut location. The response claims that my review helps them to do better, but if they aren't willing to put any effort into it, it will never get better. And clearly, after a month since their response, they aren't willing.
