NASTY HAIRS IN BURGERS
First of all, it took forever to get my order. When I finally pulled up, the employees were blasting rap music with loud, inappropriate lyrics and rapping along. It was extremely unprofessional, and I had my kids with me, which made it even worse.
They never get orders right at this location. I paid for a side and didn’t receive it, yet again. To make matters worse, THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY BURGER. I threw the entire meal away and will never return.
Customer service is basically nonexistent. Inside the store, you are forced to use self-order screens that do not work half the time. One time I stood there waiting to talk to an employee so I could place an order and was completely ignored for over 15 minutes.
Can we also talk about the removal of the soda machine???
This place is dirty, disorganized, and careless. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

The front counter is so neglected you got about 10 workers in the back and they're all just laughing in the walk past you and won't help you McDonald's needs to do better and it smells like sewage super bad something needs to be done this is not sanitary and it is not safe I'm sure

So I have the same problem everytime. I honestly dont know how this McDonald's is still standing after the soap many people continuesly being rude in the drive thru to the point you get cut off by no answer to answer the first lane after the guy kept hounding me and hounding me to pick a drink, like get off your phone and listen to what I said 5 times. Then I tried to come inside to order but no everyone wants to stand there and talk and talk 30 minutes go by by the time im able to order my food and get it. Like really. How very rude. I know how fast food people are supposed to treat there guests I used to work in the industry, but that's not it!!!

Slowest McDonald I've ever had the displeasure of waiting 20 minutes in the drive through for absolutely nothing. Pretty sure Whataburger is faster and that's pretty bad you guys. What are y'all doing ?

I went to this locating today and it was awful i used the kiosk like one does and the recipt printed out blank then where i was missing something they kept telling me i was wrong and I made them look up my order so I can get what I paid for and sure enough I did pay for the drink i was missing so he finally decided to make it for me and it took forever everyone kept saying we are working on it then i just hear laughing and everyone's just standing there...all that for one drink? Come on man its bad enough you almost have to go behind the counter for anyone to even talk to you then they never know anything to help you honestly McDonald's. Do better.
