- DRDaniel Raffensparger2 days ago1.0hate to say it, but it got worse. this store was at one point somewhat tolerable but today is insanely disappointing. fries were put UPSIDE DOWN, in the bag spilling everywhere, my McCrispy was made a Spicy McCrispy for whatever reason, while also not being on EITHER BUN in the packing. this could all be forgiven if they could make a simple iced coffee taste good, but not once has it tasted good BESIDES when Orlando makes it.

I didn't even get the burger. Today, i asked for one burger, medium fries, and a dr. pepper - they only gave the burger and drink, no fries - because it wasn't charged apparently. Why do they not charge? We said it multiple times, but still didn't get charged.

And before anyone says anything, the first few times I just didn’t think it was that difficult but I guess it was. The last few people were picking it up for me and they probably thought there’s no way they would mess it up. Either way.. I’m glad that I just don’t like it instead of lactose intolerant because it could have been a bigger issue.
