  Just went through the drive thru the McDonald’s Sand Spring's store. Tried using the mobile app and the person taking my order asked if was using the app and I stated “yes”. After giving them my code generated from my app, she stated “one moment” multiple times as if she was having issues. I raised my voice so she could hear me better and she replied “there is no need to yell”, I did not yell. I made my voice louder because she said there was background noise and the code did not work. I believe the people should always be courteous to others when they are in the service industry. I was not disrespectful but I did watch as the other side had multiple cars order their food and move forward in the line. Guess my person taking orders was just slower and had a chip on her shoulder. Will never go back to this restaurant and I’ll be sure to let others know how I feel

  Bear with me on this one. I don’t want to knock McDonalds, because it’s so good. I don’t care what other people say. It’s flat out amazing. Hits the spot every time. Anyways, I’m mostly sad because I played a lot of softball tonight after a long day at work, and I ordered a Big Mac, basket of fries, 2 apple pies, and a large sprite. I trusted them when they handed me the bag, and I drove home and was shattered to find that my apple pies weren’t there. Everything else was delicious. That McDonalds sprite hits different, but it was just slightly flatter knowing I didn’t have a couple of pies to top things off. I promise I’m not a piece of crap, and I’m still gonna love McDonalds, but I was definitely just sad. It was one of those moments where you’re eating a magnificent burger while munching on fries and sipping a delicious sprite, but there’s still a hallow pit knowing I was supposed to end my day with a couple of apple pies. I’m sure it’s an honest mistake, and I’ll be back tomorrow because I’m still obsessed, but I wanted you all to know how important your jobs are, because I depend on you for a little bit of happiness at the end of a long and stressful day. Kinda depressing, but I’ll be back again, but I can’t get let down again. I don’t think my heart could handle another heartbreak…

  I do anything I can to avoid going to this Mcdonalds, but from time to time I am forced to in order to satisfy my children's insatiable craving for chicken nuggets. Today I was forced to make a visit and it was exactly the same as it is every time. I was greeted at the first window by a woman who said nothing to me and made no eye contact. She was jamming to music on her phone, dancing a little, and even singing along. I eventually decided to hand her my card. After pausing to laugh at the horseplaying associates behind her she eventually handed my card back. I was charged properly, I think, but who knows really? At the second window there was again no words shared. Just a handing over of my bag. At least she smiled. Its always like this. The kids like the food obviously, but the service is always unprofessional. And I have zero confidence the staff is following any kind of food procedures in the back. I hate to be so harsh, but I like Mcdonalds food and wish this was a well run location.

  Went this afternoon and got my son a sweet tea and me a small strawberry banana smoothie before an appointment. They had me and 5 other cars pull over to wait for our orders. My son luckily got his tea, but after waiting 10 minutes for my smoothie I left so I wouldn't miss my appointment. I dont live in sand springs just work there so I couldn't go back tonight. I've tried calling 9 times starting at 4:13pm when I had to leave until now at 7pm to get this fixed and every time I call it disconnects. I'm really disappointed considering how frequent we stop there after school/work. Especially because the smoothies aren't exactly cheap.

  I ordered 4 strawberry cream pies, the pies they gave me were old and very burnt. I asked for fresh pies, they said it would be a 14 minute wait. I came inside and had to wait 25 minutes for the pies because apparently they had something else in the oven but failed to mention that at the window and the staff and the manager, especially were extremely rude and argumentative. It was probably the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want burnt disgusting pies and really rude staff.
