So very disappointed and on my way back through Sand springs I stopped at the same Wendy's and requested a replacement meal and gave them a description of what had happened and I never even touched the other Burger bc it was that GROSS a special two bacon cheeseburgers fries and a drink for 8 dollars DONT PAWN UR NASTY LUNCH LEFTOVERS TO ME!!! FRESH OR I WONT BE BACK PLEASE AND THE LADY THAT WAS TALKING TO ME OVER THE INTERCOM MENU OUTSIDE SOUNDED LIKE SHE WAS FROM ENGLAND BUT SHE SAID THAT THEY DON'T REPLACE ANYTHING UNLESS theres a RECEIPT ...WELL I didn't have that but STILL HAD MOST OF WHAT WAS LEFT OF meal IN THE BAG THAT IT CAME IN SHE REMEMBERED Me & I just said I'm not trying to get a refund I'm trying to get a replacement meal because it was barely warm & just gross I still have one whole burger in the bag. Manager never apologized for the GROSS NEGLECT to serve it fresh OR hot just unacceptable EVEN if it was $8 fries are cheap enuf & soda pennies at least serve a HOT cooked burger not dry and cold with fresh sliced tomato...Just gross!!! I won't ever go back!!!
