  The second time we stop there will not be back again the service takes for every we are at the main window now waiting for 25 minutes 5 cars behind us waiting 4 cars took off waiting to long then when person finally came to the window she didn’t know what we ordered terrible drive threw window

  They mark your order as "on the way" 5-10 minutes before they actually bring it out. They also forget to bring out your order occasionally by doing this. The worst part about Sonic in general is the inconsistency with their food and drinks. Every time I go to any Sonic, they can never make the food/drinks the same. It doesn't seem to matter when or where you go. It's especially disappointing when you pay extra for a sauce or an add-in and they don't actually put any extra in it. Plus they are always reluctant to remake anything if the order comes out wrong. The dragon fruit Recharger is good but they keep making it different every time. Most of the time it seems to come out very watered down...disappointing for a $7 drink (route 44 size). The pretzel with cheese is really good but they make you pay extra for the cheese now... Used to get the oreo blast until they kept barely putting in any oreos in it. Braums has a much better cookies and cream shake that I would recommend instead. Everything is an upcharge at sonic. You want extra sauce, a different flavor add in, or even just an ice water...upcharge. the worst part is if you ask for extra sauce or something, a lot of times they forget to put extra in it.

  Waiting for food took way too long! Don’t come here if in a time crunch. When taking my order, I waited 10 minutes before anyone even spoke back to me to order in the drive thru. I had to repeat multiple times the same order, because they were clearly distracted with something else. Then when I drove around to the window there was a worker sitting next to the window smoking a cigarette. That’s the smell I love to hit my food and my lungs as I go to get fast food. And to top it off they wouldn’t give me my receipt. Never again….

  This has to be the worse run Sonic I've ever visited. Took 45min to get 3 burger and drink. Told to pull forward in the drive through only to be forgotten and told I need to get back in line to receive my order that is "ready to go". I pull around again annnnnnnnddddd still no food. Watching these highschool kids mindlessly wonder around the kitchen with no supervision is mind numbing. This place is run on the cheap and to the lowest possible caliber to remain open. 3.5 rating is a gold star for this garbage fire Avoid at all cost.
