This is the worst McDonald’s location I have ever visited, and it repeatedly disappoints. I am not sure why I expected today to be any different.
I placed my order through the mobile app and proceeded to the second window. The employee handed me my food without saying a word, closed the window, and turned her back to me. I remained at the window waiting for my drink, but she never returned. After a minute or two, she walked away entirely. There were no vehicles behind me, yet I continued to wait.
Several employees came near the window, noticed me, and walked away without assisting. Eventually, someone gestured to another employee, who finally opened the window. I explained that I had not received my drink. The employee responded with a very rude facial expression and said, “Well, what did you order?” I told her I ordered a large Dr Pepper, which was sitting on the counter next to her and appeared to have been there the entire time.
She then closed the window again, turned her back to me, and talked with another employee for approximately 30 seconds before finally handing me my drink—without any apology or acknowledgment, and with a visibly negative attitude.
This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Every time I’ve ever been to this location the drive through takes 45 minutes or more. Absolutely ridiculous because it’s also not even been busy.
Terrible Experience at McDonald's
I ordered a meal deal with a medium fry, paid the extra for the upgrade, and was given a small fry instead. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they claimed the upgrade didn't exist. I showed them my receipt and phone confirmation, but the manager became defensive and argumentative. Despite clear evidence, she refused to listen and shut the window in my face.
As a paying customer, I expect better service and respect. The lack of understanding and empathy from the staff was appalling. I will not be returning to this location again.

Went to get a big mac (no meal), 2 cheeseburgers (no meal) and a quarter pounder with cheese (no meal) and a sweet tea. Placed my order at 12:21am and 1 vehicle in front of me. Paid at 12:23am with no vehicles in front of me. I was greeted by the associate Carmen at the window and gave us our sweet tea. At 12:40 she came to the window and said, "We are just waiting on the quarter piunder, yes I was aggravated for waiting 20 min for the food because we didn't even get meals but took over 20 min for our food. So I proceeded to ask, does the quarter pounder take 20 min is why its so long. Carmen proceeded to say yea it does and shuts the window with her little stank attitude. Watching through the window laughing about the conversation and told her co worker, "They are upset that they have to wait 20 min for there food" laughing. I always go here after a late game for my kids so they can eat, but after tonight, after her opening the window again to give us our food at 12:45am I asked her name, she then told me and closed the window in my face again. If Carmen is there, I will not go back. She is rude. While the whole time waiting on my quarter pounder with cheese, the rest of my food was cold. It was completely disrespectful and I dont appreciate it. No apologies, no courtesy, and no respect. I was respectful until I wasnt anymore after shutting the window in my face, and Mcdonalds is starting to go down hill. Carmen needs to learn respect before working the window.
If I could give this nasty restaurant a -10, I would. We drove through Thursday night at 12:30 pm because we experienced multiple flight delays getting back to Oklahoma. We went through the drive through and asked if they could fix a Bacon Cheeseburger without onions and French fries. We asked if it could be freshly cooked and we didn't mind the wait to cook it. I have a medical condition that affects me when I eat food that has set out. The young man said yes they could. We recieved our order after a bit of a wait which was making us hopeful for a fresh meal. As we drove away I opened the sack once we were on highway headed toward Stillwater. The burger meat wasn't even warm and the fries were rubbery and cold. I called the store and a young girl answered. I told her how frustrated we were with the lack of care given our food and serving it fresh and hot. I told her they shouldn't say they would serve something fresh if they can't. She hung up on me. This is the WORST service and food we have ever recieved from a restaurant. Save your hard earned money and eat somewhere else. Maybe Corporate should give them a surprise visit late at night and see just what they're paying their employees to do.
