  The absolute WORST Dutch bros location in the Tulsa metro. This was supposed to have whipped cream on it with sprinkles and the teenager at the window said “it does have whipped cream” 🤨 I said well, did it melt? “Ummm yeah probably” seriously?!? This isn’t the first terrible experience I’ve had at this location. Multiple drink orders completely messed up and made wrong and in general terrible customer service. If there was another location reasonably close I would go there regularly. This sucks.

  The service we received, well what service? We were in line waiting for awhile before anyone even came out to take orders. We got totally bypassed. The employee had the two vehicles in front of us already taken care of, then passed us and went to the vehicles behind us. We just left and decided we’d just go elsewhere. Also, I guess this store provides a daycare for the employees since we watched a child just appear in the workers area.

  Ordered a blended coffee, they made a ice latte, I asked for them to correct it. They threw the drink in a blender and gave it back. It didn't taste right, I had to explained to them you can't make a latte and try to make it a blended they got frustrated but made it fresh. Outdoor music was extremely loud

  The girl at the window today was so nice. It was our first time there. There was no menu because of the storms we've had so I was ordering on the fly. I told the girl what we liked and they made us 3 of the most delicious drinks. Not only that but she also wrote down what they made so we could order again all on her own. Great service and amazing drinks. Will definitely be going back.

  It takes a lot for me to write a review. But today was kind of my final straw for the car line. First I entered the line beside a white suv and they were in the opposite line and they cut over quick and cut me off almost hitting the front of my car. Then we sat there for 25 minutes. With 5 cars in line. In this waiting time, the last 5 minutes a red suv pulls up to the line next to me. The white car in front of me orders. The girl taking orders talks to this person for at least 7 minutes taking this order. I roll down my window when they’re done to let her know I’ve been waiting and just need to get my drink and go. She jumps out in front of my car and says wait it’s her turn. Points to the suv that just showed up and I told her hey, I was here first and been waiting for a long time. And she and the SUV girl just give me a dirty look. So I said hey I was here first again and they ignored me. So I went ahead and pulled around and got out and ordered at the pickup window. The girl at the pickup window was so fast and friendly and I always get a good experience from her. But the drive thru line is absolutely horrendous and unfair. This was a bad experience all around and I was frustrated, because this happens in the drive thru all the time where someone who hasn’t waited but 3 minutes pulls up and leaves before me, a person whose been waiting for 30. Normally I bite my tongue but today already having someone almost hit my car in your drive thru and then being told it’s not my turn when I was there first and waited 3 times the wait time than the other car and being ignored I think I’m just done trying in the drive thru line.
