  Paid for 6 sandwiches online, received 4 in the store because they were "out of gyros." Wouldn't refund since it was online and was told to go through the app. Spent too much time trying to play their app BS and had to ask for replacement food. Never occurred to them that replacements are the minimum they should have immediately offered. Had I not opened the bag and looked, they were going to watch me walk out the door knowing I was being stolen from. The world is too messed up right now for someone to be messing with my money or food.

  Might be the best Arby's we've eaten at, Service was quick and polite. Food was hot and tasted good.

  What happened to the individual packets of Arby's sauce? Didnt even get a catchup. The sauce was about 1 teaspoon in a black plastic side deal. Gave 2 of those. No catchup. It didn't even hardy go on the beef. If Arby's is going to be so freaking cheap to the customers im not not coming back.
