  They can never seem to get food out correctly or in a timely manner. Everytime i try to eat here i end up getting parked and have to wait 5- 10 minutes for them to finally bring it out. If you call and complain to management, they'll just give you attitude and hang up on you. This is one of the worst McDonald's locations ever, and Had-Mac Corp. doesn't give a damn about your complaints.

  Old fries, broken meat patties, sloppily put together. Was an "eat here" order, but was put lazily in a bag and dumped out my fries. Ketchup dispenser was completely empty. 2 meal deals, took 20 minutes. Ridiculous, and completely unprofessional.

  Went to this McDonald’s with friends and their kids and ours. It was barely after 8pm and they refused to let our kids group play in the play space. We offered to sweep, mop, flip the chairs back over, and even offered to pay to rent the space out, but the manager, Matthew, refused. Instead, he sent a worker over who started yelling at our kids, threatening to kick us out, and being extremely rude. The food was mediocre, as expected from McDonald’s, but the refusal to let some kids play in the playground just seems like customer service took the night off. I didn’t realize letting kids quietly play in a play area was such a high-risk operation. The real highlight was being talked to like we were causing a riot instead of just trying to let some kids burn off energy. Solid reminder of why expectations have to stay low here. Definitely not a place I’d bring family again.

  Employees are rude the manager is disrespectful does not allow children to play in play place. Yelled at 7&9 year old children to get out or they would remove them. I hope both sides of his pillow are hit at night and I hope every step he takes is on a lego good luck matthew

  Didn’t get anything because they done want my money I guess. Make your order Anna go pay for it and the walk away and dine bother to check. Looks like the reviews show it as well.
