When you order Bell Grande meal that hard shell Taco was not a hard shell all the way across. Beit the meat being too greasy or a surface that wasn't dry from cleaning, I have to agree I wouldn't eat this for fear of cross contamination to save my life. Now, when we talk about atmosphere, quiet...too quiet. You also have a cashier working the register with someone elses log in credentials, can prove that too, she definitely didn't look like a Carlos. She herself when I walked through the door looked like she had just seen the new District Manager. As far as I know it's the same one but the point is clear. Regardless of who your customer is act like you want to be there even if you don't. Smile be more interactive. Nacho Fries were made fresh which was appreciated and a nice glass of Mug Rootbeer to go with. As for the Bell Grande itself Pauls Valley has done better for presentation. Otherwise, a little soggy on the nachos but to be expected when put together the way it was.
