  I am now officially DONE with McDonald’s. I have been to so many over the years and not they seem to be all the same. I have a picture. Come in way early in the morning and you still wait 10 min. here. At another one recently I had some slimy objects in my Orange juice. I have come back after every other problem order I’ve ever had but not now I’m done. I’m not giving anymore money to this company they have gotten so bad over the years. Doesn’t matter what state city, or whatever anymore, they are all the same…….. HORRIBLE!!!!

  We placed our order in the drive thru at 813pm. We didn't get our food until 843pm. Vivian with the purple hair has the worst attitude every single time we come here. We waited for 30 minutes for cold food!!! Vivian needs to work in the back away from the customers. Its been 2 days and have no heard anything from Mcdonalds. I did that QR code that's on the window that asks how are we doing? Pryor Mcdonalds managers and owners do not care about their customers. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO GO 10 MINS DOWN THE ROAD TO CHOUTEAU MCDONALDS. Pryor Mcdonalds is the absolute worst!!!!

  We get frappes almost everyday the large ones, every week multiple times the machine is down or it hasn't been cleaned or many other excuses that the frappes are not available . So now we are driving to chouteau to get hours and they are also less expensive there.

  Everytime I go here at night the food I order is always wrong,cold,and missing orders. Service is slow and practically non existent, the fries I ordered tonight were a random mix of temperatures and consistency, almost broke my teeth trying to eat them. I would give less stars if possible. If you like eating trash, come to Pryor McDonald's at night.

  This place is REALLY BAD about not getting orders RIGHT. AFTER WORK I WENT TO GET DINNER for me and my spouce. They absolutely DID NOT GET HIS FOOD RIGHT!! Wrong items Did not make the burgers right. I ordered a Mc Double, PLAIN EXTRA CHEESE. So no ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles..... with extra cheese!! As well as a Fish filet. With cheese And a 10 piece nugget. The Mc double had EVERYTHING ON IT!! THERE WAS NO FISH FILET SANDWICH Instead there was a MC CRISPY.. AT LEAST he got the 10 nuggets and dipping sauce. Nothing else was correct. This was ALL ON TOP OF WAITING IN THE CUE in drive in for over 20 minuts!! Like there was 1 person working the kitchen and the HOLE!! SERIOUSLY MC donalds..Donald's... Yall need to do way better!! I don't live in Pryer. So I had no option to go back!! Also when she reads the order BACK to me. It would help if you SPOKE TO ME..... NOT OFF TO THE SIDE in the kitchen .. Then maybe I can see if you got my order right!! If I had used my Card, I would have Disputed the charge!! They need to seriously re train, or re hire, or SOMETHING. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST BOOBOO THEY HAVE MADE .. I hate driving 35 minutes home, and tell my baby they screwed up HAMBURGERS!!!
