Dont order food from places in the drive through there cause they Obviously Cannot read their tickets. super sonic BACON cheeseburger MEANS IT HAS BACON ON IT

You lost my business. As everyone knows, I come to Sonic twice a day to get drinks. Sometimes food. And have for quite some time. It's obvious in the last while that, those who prepare drinks have not been given proper training. If I ask for regular ice it melts within 15 minutes and the drink is ruined having no ice. If I ask for extra ice, it's filled to the top and you might get a few sips before it's gone. When I say no fruit- there's fruit. They can't seem to get it right. When I asked the person who last served us about it, he seemed irritated and said, "We tell the drink prep people but they don't listen". And seemed irritated that I'd even question it. What? Kid? Do you not have any regard for customer service. It's happened way too many times. Can't waste my money or time there anymore... 😉 And incidentally, I've contacted corporate to try to resolve it. You can guess. I've been ignored... 🤷🏼♀️
