  The night time drive thru times are extremely long. I ordered on the app and drove here from work and after sitting over 10 minutes in the drive through behind only 2 cars I'm now waiting at the window and I placed my order 30 minutes ago.

  Man… I came in early, 8th order of the day. I live 55 miles away from the location in poteau Oklahoma… I had some stuff to do today for work near there… dude…one free day. Hit McDonald, that fresh sweet tea geez. Then to Taco Bell for a couple grilled cheese burritos. 1 steak, 1 cantina chicken. No problem. But then… I drive an hour home.. open the bad… take a bite… wrapped in the literally wrapping for steak grilled cheese burritos… Is…. A very tiny $2 burrito with, a pinch of hamburger meat, a bunch of lettuce, some rice, and that’s it, not even any cheese. Clicked into the other(assuming a mistake wouldn’t carry into 2 items) ( burrito supposed to be steak), bam, first bite I’m filled with hamburger and lettuce… I’m so upset… I drove a whole hour for this. 😭 bro… what. Please give me something else for food reparation. It cost me $60 in gas in a ram truck.

  It was about 10:00 pm when we stopped in for something to eat. The night crew wasn't friendly. Nothing special about the order except for the fact that as I was counting the tacos, two were packaged incorrectly so that when I picked them up, they spilled out on me. I was not a happy camper. I was getting dinner for my daughter birthday party.

  The food is always cold. It's like they don't even try. It doesn't matter what time I go in there, my food is always cold. Doesn't matter if they're busy or not. Cold. If you order enough food then they are forced to heat some up and you'll have about half cold food and half semi warm. We had gotten a soft taco and a beefy five layer burrito. I check the food and I told my bf to hold on. They gave us two soft tacos instead of a beefy 5 layer burrito. I bring it in and say I think there's been a mistake. This is thin, thinner than a taco even. They looked me dead in the eye and said it's similar to a beefy 5 layer burrito. They remade it for me and they literally gave me 2 layers of tortillas...Still only a spoon full of meat, 2 tortillas and a lot of nacho cheese sauce. Their crunch wraps are pitiful too. I didn't realize they were supposed to have nacho cheese on it. I've ordered many of them and only one had nacho cheese in it. All in one corner. They hardly give you any sour cream or anything. Everything is basically just tortillas with a hint of veggies and meat. They will give you a lot of refried beans in your bean burrito, but it's ice cold. I'm done with this place. I'm tired of going expecting at least some warm food and getting basically crap. Expensive and cold. Yeah it's fast food, but the quality has gone down so much and the price up, that it's not worth going. Might as well go to an actual restaurant.
