BIG MISTAKE!!!! The Mac n cheese was warm one side and cold in the middle, the fried onions were soggy and old and it was a huge disappointment. An employee came by and asked how it was and I said horrible but that my dog would eat and their reply was at least it’s not going to waste and that was it. I’ll rethink my choice next time

They told us they had to catch the drive thru up before they could begin taking anyone’s order. Several of us walked out because of it. Tried it again a week later and the service was the same except they wouldn’t acknowledge anyone in the lobby. So walked out again. If Arby’s can’t focus on two things at once they need to close their lobby and only focus on the drive thru.
