We ordered 2 vanilla dr. peppers 1 with extra vanilla and one with easy vanilla and they WROTE on the cups for easy differentiation AND actually did it CORRECTLY. It was a phenomenal experience and greatly appreciated the service!

The lady who brought me my order was rude and didn’t even say one word to me the entire time giving me my order. Plus once we finally got our ice cream the Oreos in the blast were stale and tasted awful so I ended up just throwing it away anyway 😭😭. Very disappointed

I don't know if it's new management or what but it takes forever to get waited on, too often they don't have what you want and the food is usually cold by the time you get it. You can look through the reviews and tell something needs to be done to improve this Sonic. Nobody should have that many 1 star reviews.
