I can place my mobile order at 5, but it might be 5 or 10 minutes later before they actually let anyone in. This morning it was 15 minutes late. Not even going to bother stopping anymore.

I don't have all day to wait to order my food but also they should have never been taken away from ordering my food before going back to bag food when the manager could have easily done that instead of just standing there. So I left instead of being able to order food. Also there were not that many people in the lobby so they were not that busy.
