  Pcharged med Mozz stick got sm 4 pcs, since when do you buy a pretzel get 1 cheese sauce and have to pay for it.. of course you try to call them because and the phones don’t work. Terrible won’t go back

  I stopped at Sonic right before prom expecting a quick meal, but instead I was served a chicken sandwich that was raw in the middle. When I bit into it, the inside was clearly pink and undercooked, which is a serious food safety issue. I even recorded a video showing how raw the chicken was. This could have made me very sick, especially right before an important event like prom. This was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. Food safety should be a top priority, and serving undercooked chicken is dangerous. I hope management addresses this issue and makes sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I would also appreciate a refund or response about this situation.

  I Ordered a strawberry milk shake during my lunch break from work. I picked it up and headed down the road. I thought it felt very light. After looking into the cup I found a cup full of whipped cream and just a little bit of strawberries in the bottom. I had to turn around and go back to the store because I was not about to pay 4.95 for a medium cup of whipped cream with a dab of strawberries in the bottom. When I took it back into the store and showed them what someone did the staff thought it was funny! They where laughing about what they did and let me tell you what this was not only an attempt to rip me off but to mock and laugh at me about this is totally unacceptable! We contacted the home office and left a report with them and they said they would get back to us and they never did. This sonic has almost always messed up orders and now they think its funny to waste someone's lunch time from work! Totally un acceptable!
