  They always get my order right. Sometimes messes the sauces but that’s no big deal as in my order. Haven’t been inside. Usually order through my app. Seems to be friendly each time I have been.

  We placed 3 different orders and all fries was hard and cold I called and the lady said she didn’t care then hung up called again and got a fake name.

  Placed order via mobile app at 10:48 pm. Young man at the pickup order window stated he was unable to see mobile order to drive back around. With 3 cars in line arrived at the 1st window n waited for the cashier to arrive provide the mobile order code. She then stated she didn't see the order; that at 11:00pm the system shuts down. It's now 11:30pm app is still displaying order for pickup with option to cancel. I requested a free meal which is the meal I paid via the app of course denied it was worth the time to ask. Well extremely happy taco bell was open n their crew members offered great customer service as each member greeted my co workers and I. 14 years of previous faast food customer service experience I understand closing protocol as well as ensuring each customer leave happy.

  paid for 3 double quarter pounders, 2 of which were supposed to be bacon quarter launders… no bacon was on any of my 3 double quarter pounders…. wow man, wow, if you don’t believe me, my order number was 1951, check the cameras🤦‍♂️😮‍💨
