Both the guys working there were trying to close the store down. As we were eating, another customer came and waited a good 5 minutes before someone came from the back to help him.

I asked her, what's the difference between taking my order right here at the window or me coming inside and you taking my order at the counter? Her response was, it defeats the purpose of having the touchscreen in the drive through. So in other words, she's not interested in doing the slightest little extra bit of work to make a customer happy. Unfortunately for the owner of this restaurant there are Subway stores in every town you go to. I highly recommend folks take their business to another location. EDIT: Wow. Take a look at some of the other reviews. Apparently this same female employee is infamous for her ride behavior. One can only imagine how much business they are losing due to this one employee. Sad.
