Ordering was difficult because most of the staff didn’t seem to speak or understand enough English to take a basic order, which led to my order being wrong. That alone was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the food itself. The items I received looked poorly prepared and honestly unsanitary. I couldn’t eat them. What really stood out to me was seeing an employee stir my frappe by hand 😳 I’ve NEVER seen that done at any McDonald’s before, and it definitely raised concerns- unfortunately the communication barrier made it difficult to talk to a manager. Fast food doesn’t have to be perfect, but it should at least be clean and accurate. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless there are some serious improvements.

Personally, I don't get where all that "meat" comes from... "Billions Served" is just, icky, in my opinion. Where's all the massive cattle lots and giant heards at that provides all this "beef". Doesn't add up to me. Can't be real food.
