  Younger female who works here needs some customer service and attitude adjustment. Walked in and she started giving us an attitude from the very start. Tried giving her the benefit of the doubt but the attitude continued on throughout the whole interaction and experience at this subway. I'd make the drive and go to the subway on 116th instead of this place if you want to be treated like a decent individual. If you hate the job this much leave

  Went in today. Gentleman serving us was on day 3 of the job. There was a lady in the back looked like management who wasn’t helping him at all. He had to keep asking for help. My sandwich sat in the toaster and she said to him “are you letting a sandwich burn” instead of going over to it and helping him out. Two more customers came in and another worker came in and both women sat in the back on there phones sipping there sonic drinks. The manager at one point was talking on the phone to someone while out in public view and didn’t see either lady was there hands. Absolute horrible management! If you decide to go in and there’s a gentleman taking your order please patient and kind with him since he’s the only one really working and he barley knows how to do the job.

  Horrible customer service. I made a mobile order and was waiting in the store for them to finish my sandwiches. Other people walked in and instead of finishing my order, they put my food aside and started the walk-in’s’ order. I was told I would have to wait. My order was not completed when it said it would be. Very very poor customer service on top of the ridiculous wait time! I will Never order here again!!

  If possible I would have left negative 5 stars my family and I arrived at 9:15 to get sandwiches and there was 2 employees a guy and a young girl the girl made our sandwiches and had attitude from the minute we walked in and anyone else who walked in was greeted with a welcome in with, full annoyance I get it, it has been along day she could of been tired we all have those kind of days but everytime she said anything or asked what we wanted on our sandwiches was straight attitude I had to walk out and let my husband come in and finish the order I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN NO WONDER IT HAS SUCH A LOW REVIEW
