  Ordered something online and it was made incorrectly. When reordered it, it was made incorrectly the same way. They don’t know how to listen to the customers. Every time I come here there is always an issue with my order. Get it together yall.

  I will say the only thing that is really good about this sonic is the employees. The girl that helped me out the car Hopp was fantastic. The food is mid the soda pop was flat had no taste. I ordered off the app and it added all this extra stuff onto my burrito. Just not the best food or drink at this location. Sad to say being sonic!

  Horrible service. I just sat in the drive through line waiting to place my order for 10 minutes. Nobody in front of me. There was maybe a handful of cars in the parked spots. Then sat at the window waiting on my drink for even longer. A 22 minute ordeal just to get a Diet Coke.

  I've not had very good experiences at the Owasso Sonic! Unfortunately, its always poor at best, but this time I did get what I actually ordered. It did take about 15-20 for them to make 2 -#1 smash burger meals that came with soggy french fries and gray meat patties straight from the streamer pan that never saw a hot griddle or a smashing to create the chrispy edges associated with such a burger. Over all, unfortunately sucky as ever experience at the Owasso Sonic
