  It takes an eternity for them to hand over the food at the drive-thru window. Today, I spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru... can you believe it? I was late getting back from my lunch break at work—and that was *after* ordering online just so I could show up and pick it up. The service at this McDonald's is truly terrible.

  So last night I decided on mcdonalds. Needed something quick and easy and I was craving fries. I haven't had mcdonalds in over a year. I was sadly very disappointed all around. Took 26 minutes to get a mcdouble ans a medium-sized fry. The fries were luke warm and best, and the medouble had absolutely seasoning along with being cold. While i know mcdonalds is supposed to be fast food and isn't the best for a meal. If I could rate the food and service a zero I would. This location and the staff on duty were very disappointing.

  Do NOT come here during a rush/breakfast. They obviously have no idea how to work in fast food. I understand that they are busy, but I should not be waiting over 15 minutes to talk to a human being inside the store. Not a SINGLE person is running front. There is trash everywhere, and almost all of the table are dirty and disgusting. Their self ordering machines, weren't even working! There were about 3 people just standing around, looking back, and looking at all the people waiting. If I didn't place an online order, and already paid for it, I would have walked out of there. That is ridiculous. They have so many people working for drive thru, that they can't handle a little people up front to. I work in fast food as well, and it is not as NEAR as close to how avoidant they are to having customer service skills. I am tired of McDonald's in general only caring about drive thru, and not walk ins. It's literally a dine in fast food! Horrible.

  Went through the drive through, first one in line, had to pull forward to wait for my order. They gave my order to someone else and had to remake it. I got home, the Crispy Chicken deluxe was made like quarter pounder. Instead of mayo, lettuce and tomato, it had mustard, ketchup, pickles and onions.

  So decided to try the wildly overpriced Arch Deluxe 🤨 and so App won't work go through drive thru, midnight no one there, so should be quick 🤔 10 min later I get the burger, very easy to see the employees were bent out of shape that someone was there bothering them🤨 get home and one bite told me it was undercooked😡 freaking still ice cold in the middle 🤢 now I like my steaks rare🧐 but certainly not a McDonald's hamburger 🤮 pics don't do it justice 🧐 this got browned and thrown on a bun. Wow. So I got this back from the store🤣 not even going to refund the raw overpriced 10 dollar burger and think I will be back🤔🤣 the arrogance of this low rated hole. Check out the "Apology" letter😡😡
