  We’ve not eaten here in a long time. We wanted to try their sandwiches for dinner. We ordered online. My husband went to pick up the order and waited a good 20min for a total of 40min from beginning to end. We ordered a giant chicken bacon ranch and a Reg Turkey Tom. When we opened the sandwiches you can see from the pictures that they were not wrapped correctly because all the toppings were spilling out. Every sandwich was that way. There wasn’t much chicken in the sandwich. The food was ok nothing special. We’ve had better sandwiches from other businesses. It was about $35 for 2 chips, 1 giant and 1 reg. I called to let them know about the sandwiches so they could be aware. I spoke to an employee who was very apologetic and offered to remake the sandwiches but we didn’t want to wait for that. We won’t be eating here again for some time.

  Is there a way to get a hold of the corporate office? I called and the manager gave me a website to go to but it's invalid. I just need someone from this location to be able to get corporate to send me a message needing a w2 from previous years. Thanks .

  3x doordashes 3x times they didn't cut my sandwich. Do yall need new knives? I'm chubby but I can't eat a giant in one bite like a pelican.

  To the guy that made my sandwich on February 27th. My sandwich was accidentally made with ham when I had requested no ham. I called upset because I cannot have cold meats right now(pregnant) and I let my frustration come out more strongly than it should have. The employee handled the situation professionally and kindly, remade my sandwich without hesitation, and even added chips and a cookie. That level of customer service was genuinely appreciated. I apologize for my tone earlier, it was a stressful moment on my end, but the staff handled it with grace. Thank you for correcting the mistake so quickly.
